THE PRICES ARE PER APARTMENT AND WEEK (except Christmas/New Year, 10 days)
They can change depending on the category and location of the house
The binding price is the one fixed directly with our office
- The apartments are completely furnished for a holiday (without oven), with exception of sheets and towels, which can be hired in our office, for € 8,00 each person / change.
- The number of people, who lodge in the apartment can’t be more than those mentioned in the confirmation letter.
- On the day of departure, the agency is allowed to check the apartment.
- The lodger is responsible for all the damages caused to the apartment during his stay.
- Animals are not accepted.
- Check in: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. In case of late arrival, we have to be informed.
Check out: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- We inform our guests that the balance has to be paid on the day of arrival. We don’t accept credit cards.
- We only accept reservations, confirmed with a deposit payment.
We offer week-, month-, season- and year accommodations.
Week-end reservations can be made only last minute, 4 days before.
- Charged like pricelist for a 3-days-accommodation
- 20% surcharge for a 2-days-accommodation
APARTMENT SIZES:
- One-room-apartment: living room with double- and single sleeping couches (or bunk beds).
- Two-room-apartment: bedroom with double bed or bunk beds, living room with double sleeping couch.
- Three-room-apartment: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, living room with double sleeping couch.
- Four-room-apartment: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, living room with double sleeping couch.
All apartments have a kitchenette or separate kitchen, one or two bathrooms and tv.
